I have been known to have a bit of a whinge on this blog about poor service. However, to balance things out a bit I also like to mention any positive service I receive.
On Monday morning this week I placed an order for some filters with SRB Photographic, trading as SRB-Griturn. I chose first-class postage rather than any guaranteed-time delivery because I wasn’t in a desperate hurry for them.
By Monday tea-time I had received an e-mail confirming that my order had been despatched.
By Tuesday morning I had the parcel in my hands.
Now that’s what I call service…….
